Once you decide to enter the world of social media, you become a publisher. You have to set the right goals and you have to draw in and maintain your readers. You have to look for the right stories and present them in the right way. It is an area with which we are intimately familiar and in which we are able to help our clients effectively.

We also know how to monitor social media. We were one of the founders of the country's leading system for social media monitoring, and we have delivered daily monitoring as well as longer-term reports to our clients since the spring of 2010. We asses the sentiment of contributions and discussions, find key users, and are able to work with them.

Since 2010, our projects in the area of social networks have received five awards in the Czech PR Awards.



Case Study:

nokia pripstudie 220Nokia Lumia – Buzz in Social Media

Social networks were the key communication channel in the introduction of new Nokia Lumia smartphones in the Czech Republic. Through a well-thought-out strategy, we successfully caused a "Lumia fever" in the social media, which then spread to traditional media and finally to the real world of potential customers.

Through selected influencers and their followers, we reached approximately 90% of Czech Twitter users within several days. Discussions on the reviews had more contributions than those of iPhone4. This buzz then overflowed to the positive tone of articles in the traditional media.

The project was awarded first place in the Technology/IT category of the Czech PR Awards.
