A company's success is determined by many factors. It requires best management, excellent product or service, and perhaps even a bit of good luck. And yet, that may not be enough. No less important is the reputation of the company/brand. A company that wishes to build, maintain, or increase the reputation of its brand, whether corporate or that of a specific product, cannot do without a comprehensive long-term communication strategy. And that is the keystone of our work.

Working in PR for more than twenty years, I can say that there are no two clients whom one strategy would fit. That is why AC&C Public Relations develops comprehensive communication strategies based on the individual needs, objectives and budgets of the specific companies. We use every available tool in attaining that goal: from traditional ones, such as the publication of press releases and holding of press conferences, to the placement of relevant information in the media, the publication of company press materials to communication in social networks. Today, social media constitute an integral part of integrated communication and we provide for effective presence of our clients and high-quality communication with their customers and fans.

In order to appeal to each relevant target group, we use approaches that are customised to suit each of them – be it journalists, employees, business partners, shareholders or general public.

We work for clients who understand that they cannot start building company reputation on Monday and be finished on Wednesday; who understand that only professional, consistent, and continuous care of their image makes sense. That is why some of them have been with us for two decades.



Case Study:

We prepared a comprehensive project for our client DKV Euro Service in 2010, using the increase of consumer taxes on fuel, which resulted in a huge increase in logistics companies' direct costs, as an opportunity for broad communication. Our goal was to increase the loyalty of logistics companies – DKV's clients – and to convince them that DKV knows their problems, stands by their side, and is not afraid to fight for them in the media.

The outcome of the year-long PR project was nearly 150 mentions in the media, including a number of exclusive interviews and profile articles in key dailies and business weeklies, clear positive feedback from the existing and potential clients of DKV, and, above all, a significant increase in new business, where new clients stated that their motivation for contacting DKV was information about the campaign.

The project earned first place in the Corporate Communication category in the Czech PR Awards.
